Shipping Info

  • All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several business days.
  • Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery of order.

Return | Refund Policy

Products purchased directly from T-Lock.net (online store) may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date if dissatisfied with product for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
  • 30 day return policy applies only to T-Locks that are purchased directly from T-Lock.net (online store) that are shipped within the lower 48 US states.
  • Refunds will be issued for products returned in unused condition, in original packaging and absent from any damage.

Manufacturing defect:

  • Within 90 days of the original purchase date for manufacturing defects
  • In the event that a manufacturing defect does occur, please contact us at support@t-lock.net for more information on how to get your T-Lock® product replaced.

Incorrect Order?

Please email support@t-lock.net with your order number # that you received in your email and we will get that sorted out ASAP!
