My daughter TaLeah suffered from anxiety and depression. We did the best we could to try to be there for her and help her get better. But often times you may not think about that one thing you should make sure absolutely no one has access to at all. Especially when someone in your family is going through something difficult or dark in their lives. I wish I had hid my duty gun or locked it away in a safe in my bedroom or not have had it in the house at all.

TaLeah died by suicide using my duty gun… It was like a bomb that had exploded and my family was completely devastated, torn apart and never the same. My family was permanently affected by this tragic accident. Even though some time has passed, we are all still deeply saddened and scarred by what had happened that day. Don’t make the same mistake, use T-LOCK on your gun to make sure another loved one isn’t gone forever.
